"Kyle Johns is an amazing builder. We have worked with him over the past several years on many home renovation projects. The largest was a master bathroom remodel. He is always extremely professional and very involved with each step of the process. When problems or concerns would arise, Kyle was quick to let us step back and reassess. He always wanted us to be happy with the outcome even it that meant a delay. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure to keep his clients informed of the equipment and products installed. After the project was completed, if questions or concerns arose, Kyle was always prompt and courteous with his response. He was quick to answer our questions and resolve the issue.

Kyle also recognized a structural problem with our garage and was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved before it became a much bigger issue. He is a very sound builder and does not believe in cutting corners. His education and degreed background in home construction means you can count on a job well done.

 "Kyle Johns built our custom home in 2008 and he did a fantastic job! Kyle is an exceptional builder and did his best to meet our requests in all circumstances. He was always present on the job site and sought to make the best decisions possible in regards to quality of construction. The most impressive thing about Kyle was that he was always available when a problem arose. About midnight one evening a pipe burst in the master bath. We called Kyle and he immediately came over. He didn't leave until the repair was completed. It is very hard to find a builder who will show up at your house in the middle of the night to help when there is a problem. He was also very professional and at the same time took a personal interest in our family. Kyle is a trustworthy and honest man. With Kyle and Jana that was not the case. From the design stage all the way through to closing Kyle and Jana were always at our side. Kyle kept us well informed of our budget through out the project with a very detailed expense sheet that was emailed to us on a weekly basis. If any questions or concerns came about we knew Kyle was always a phone call away no matter what time of the day or night. Most builders now have no hands on experience with the project but that wasn't the case with KJ Homes. Kyle spent a lot of time at the job site and with his experience, knowledge, and skills helped in building us a retaining wall himself to keep costs down.
